I have the defective battery connector of a samsung a22 5g model?

how much do I put in heat to desolder and resolder it please?

You can use 380 degrees airflow 80 then tin the pads on the motherboard and use the same hot air for placing the fpc connector

I unsoldered the battery connector FPC but I tore off the pads, I don't know if you can see clearly, they are small copper-colored dots and I would like to know how I can cover it and put it back as it was so that I can put my battery connector back

It's not the battery connector but a other fpc connector. I don't see any ripped pads. First put some flux en take extra tin and slowly glide over all the pads. Then check again. If you are missing pads you can easily check boardview.
