I'm working on a laptop (Acer Spin 3 i5 10th Gen) that keeps coming back with the laptop not starting anymore. If I disconnect the bios battery it works again for a while. Anyone have any idea what this could be? I initially measured the laptop and came to the conclusion that a capacitor was broken and shorting on the motherboard. After that it worked fine. The customer came back about 2 days later with that same laptop not booting up.
